Artilat uses the Dunlop process, our sister company Talalay Global uses the Talalay process. The major difference is what happens in the mould prior to the vulcanisation stage. In the Dunlop process, the moulds are filled to the rim. The difference in Talalay process, is that the mattress core is flash frozen to lock the cell structure in place and to prevent the particles from settling.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;]<div id='prospect_msg_box_6a5efa31ed917' class='prospect_msg_box prospect_module success' style='background-color: rgba(38,173,132,0.54);color: #ffffff;'><div class='content_part'><div class='title'>STEP 1<\/div><p>The creation of the basic compound of: 100% natural latex, or natural and synthetic latexin varying proportions, additives for the vulcanization process, such as accelerators, stabilizers and antioxidants.<\/p><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;]<div id='prospect_msg_box_6a5efa31ed942' class='prospect_msg_box prospect_module success' style='background-color: rgba(198,132,45,0.61);color: #ffffff;'><div class='content_part'><div class='title'>STEP 2<\/div><p>The basic compound is pumped into a blender which mixes the different ingredients. Although the vulcanization has not yet been completed, the quality of the mattress core is being inspected thoroughly.
